Test Developer - Huxley

With headquarters based in the Netherlands, this international company is looking for a Test Developer to take care of the front-end and back-end testing. There are 15 testers in your chapter who work in 20 different Product Scrum teams. They have a portfolio with many e-Commerce applications/software to build, manage and adjust to deliver across all countries. The Test Developer will be working in a high performance culture with best practices in place. Every two weeks there is a sprint and delivery. They have 40+ websites with different backgrounds, so you must be experienced in testing multiple different websites.

The Test Developer has a background as a technical tester or (front-end/back-end) developer. The testers in your team work with different automated test tools to make sure the product teams deliver quality. They have experience with test automation and work with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Protractor and Cucumber.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Test engineer experience with testing (web) applications
• Extensive knowledge of software / quality testing in e-Commerce
• Experience of testing in a Scrum and Agile environment
• Experience with GIT, JavaScript (NodeJS, AngularJS, etc), Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Browserstack, ATDD
• Knowledge of continuous integration, Docker, Gulp and front-end frameworks

Salary and benefits:

The salary of the Test Developer will be similar to your current salary (between €65.000 and €75.000 gross a year). They offer a good pension, travel costs and more than 25 holidays a year. There is a budget to follow training. They have a nice cafeteria area on the ground floor where they serve delicious coffee and you can buy your lunch there as well. Outside working hours they do sports and have drinks regularly together. You can join different Guilds to improve your skills.
