What will I be doing here?
As a Python Engineer Solar, you will develop software that powers advanced solar simulators used by the world’s largest solar panel manufacturers and leading R&D labs. Your work ensures that customers can fully trust the performance and reliability of their solar panels, directly contributing to the global energy transition.You’ll design, develop, test, and optimize software that controls high-precision testing equipment. Since everything is manufactured and tested in-house, you can step into the factory at any time to test your code on real hardware and get immediate feedback. No waiting, no guesswork—just real-time results and direct impact. This is a broad technical role where you work across hardware control, data acquisition, front-end, back-end, and cloud applications. You’ll contribute to improving user experience and data integration, working closely with international clients to turn their requirements into efficient and scalable software solutions. If you like the idea of traveling abroad to support customers or oversee project implementations, the opportunity is there.
Can I do it?
You have a BSc in Computer Science or a related field and at least 8 years of experience as a multidisciplinary software developer. You are fluent in Python, using it for hardware communication and web-based control systems. You also have hands-on experience in at least one of these areas: You can develop intuitive UI’s using Angular, create robust data integration with Java/Spring Boot, or manage SQL databases and logging systems to track and analyze performance data.If you have PLC programming experience or AWS knowledge, that’s a bonus, but not a requirement. More importantly, you are structured, quality-driven, and innovative. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working closely with hardware, and are always looking for new ways to improve processes and technology.
