Mondi Beach Club Curaçao is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests;
• Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences;
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area;
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations;
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner;
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records;
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment;
• Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions;
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues;
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
