Talent & Organization Manager
As a Talent & Organization Manager, you will work together with our clients in reimagining their businesses, build workforces with the leaders and cultures to accelerate change, and create and deliver employee experience and HR services. You will work across industries like Communications, Media, Technology, Financial services, Health & Public services, Products and Resources on projects in areas like Change Management, Leadership & Culture, Organization Strategy & Design, CEO-Led Workforce Transformation, Talent Strategy & Development and HR Transformation & Delivery
People
As a Talent & Organization Manager, you work together with various teams within the organization, varying from C-level executives to IT managers or HRBP’s. Together with these various stakeholders, you will work on co-creating and implementing transformative business solutions.Processes
You give advice to senior management based on data, knowledge, experience, and an innovative approach. Together with a team of experts from different industries, you will challenge the client and come up with solutions.Technology
In your role, you will get in touch with the latest technologies to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes. This can for example vary from companywide software implementations or using technologies in creating innovative training platforms. It will be your focus to use and optimize the human potential behind these technologies.Data
As a Talent & Organization Manager you assess the currently available data and generate new data to provide senior management with the right insights to further act upon and accelerate growth.With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
Master's degreeDemonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce and/ or Human Resources; for example, guiding organizations in their transformation journey, designing and implementing large-scale communication and training programs, or upskill leaders to carry out desired behaviors.
Experience with project-based ways of working
At least 7 years of experience within a specific industry including experience in project management
Fluent in Dutch and English
Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver
