Connectivity Design Engineer Measurement Electronics

Description As part of the staff of the EDEV Position Measurement group, the connectivity design engineer is responsible for the following:Team member in an Electronic Development team, contributing to multidisciplinary project deliverablesOperates in flexible and dynamic environment in multidisciplinary projects.Close collaboration with E-Architect and Electro Mechanical Engineers during the design phase.Supporting E-Architect and Product Owner by taking ownership on interface agreements and design decisions.Creating diagrams and drawings to specify the electrical interfaces of our modules within the system.Compliancy checks such as derating.Being part of the Design Kick Offs and review processes for the Technical Product Documentations. Education and experienceBachelor (HBO) in electrical engineering or similar level acquired by working experienceMultiple years of experience as electrical designer of electronic/electrical functions.Broad knowledge of electronics in all its aspects: architecture, design and integrationAffinity with neighboring disciplines such as physics, mechanics, mechatronics, and softwareAwareness of the semiconductor standards such as NFPA-70, NFPA-79 and IEC-60204.SkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way do that.
