Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Lead Engineer E-house (Datacenters).

De functie:
Je werkt als E-House engineer samen met het project team aan modulair verplaatsbare units, E-house/Skids, voor de energie voorziening van datacenters. Het team houdt zich bezig met het detail ontwerp, de coördinatie, opstellen technische documenten en de montagevoorbereiding voor deze. Deze units zijn voorzien van elektrische power distributie systemen, voor zowel laag- als middenspanning. De nadruk ligt op het samenstellen van de units, waarin met veel interfaces rekening gehouden dient te worden. Zowel mechanische, elektrische als koelsystemen.

De korte doorlooptijden en hoge eisen van de klanten zorgen voor veel dynamiek tijdens de realisatie. Kort samengevat:

• Uitwerken van een technisch ontwerp.
• Vraagstukken oppakken die betrekking kunnen hebben op layout, componentkeuze, brandveiligheid, koeling, mechanische interfacing, elektrische hulpsystemen en bekabeling (zoals verlichting, afzuiging, brandmelding).
• Afstemmen van de interfaces met collega’s die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwerpen van laagspanningsverdelers, middenspanning-, en railkanaalsystemen.
• Reviewen technische basis- en detailontwerpen.
• Proactief contact onderhouden met de klant rekening houdend met commerciële aspecten.
• Organiseren en bijwonen van fabriekstesten (FAT) met de klant.
• Opstellen documentatie.
• Ondersteuning leveren vanuit kantoor tijdens de montage en inbedrijfstelling.
• Afhandelen van restpunten en zorgdragen voor een goede projectafronding.
• Het initiëren en uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen.

Gevraagd:

• Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding richting elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw, interface of systeem engineering. Ervaring bij voorkeur in een internationale projecten omgeving.
• Nauwkeurig, kritisch en een brede technische interesse.
• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
• Flexibele werkinstelling, praktisch en resultaatgericht.
• Communicatief en betrokken.
• Stressbestendig en in staat te acteren binnen een hectische omgeving.
• Uitstekende kennis van de Engelse taal, zowel geschreven als gesproken, Nederlands is een voordeel.
• Bereidheid tot werken voor kortere periode op locatie bij klanten en productielocaties in binnen en buitenland.
• EU Paspoort (ivm, internationaal reizen).
