SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Business Analyst.
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a skilled
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Business Analyst
 to serve as a bridge between HR business units and the technical SAP SuccessFactors team. The role involves analysing business requirements, optimizing processes, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and a strong understanding of HR processes.

This is an off shore support role -working remotely & supporting a client in Europe (Sweden).
Rate: SEK 260 per hour. (Remote working)
40 hours per week . 8-hour day.
12 months contract
 

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement or system enhancements.
System Configuration and Support
Provide configuration designs for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet business requirements
Ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with organizational standards.
Provide day-to-day support for Employee Central, troubleshooting and resolving issues. ---?
Process Optimization
Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central capabilities.
Develop and document best practices for system use and process alignment.
Project Management Support
Act as a liaison between HR teams and technical teams during project lifecycles.
Perform testing of new configurations or upgrades and ensure successful implementation.
Training and Documentation
Provide inputs for HR team training sessions
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure that configurations comply with local, regional, and global regulations.
Generate and maintain reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
Qualifications

Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR systems.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in implementation, configuration, or support of SAP SuccessFactors EC.

Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central features and functionality.
Deep understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, organizational management, and data maintenance.
Proficiency in analyzing complex business needs and designing effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
