, world leader in coffee distribution, is an innovative company that continues to expand its horizons. This position contributes to Starbucks’ success by creating marketing, campaign development and execution in market, including the category ranging pipeline to continuously improve revenue, margin, and brand metrics. This position works in collaboration with the Marketing Department based in Paris to deliver overall commercial and brand objectives, spanning all ownership models. This role will lead the development of brand-consistent, consumer-led, innovative and cost effective product ranges.
Attached to the Marketing department based in France, you will have as
key responsibilities
in the Netherlands:
Local Adaptation & implementation of the Marketing campaigns.
Develops, manages, and tracks marketing budgets, timelines, and processes from kickoff to execution.
Based on detailed understanding and interpretation of consumer, market & product trends and performance develops the marketing implementation & review of marketing and category plans and execution in line with our Annual Operating and Strategic Plans.
Develops the marketing, category, brand management, communication, CSR, print and fulfilment of in store marketing materials and price items ensuring all requirements delivered on time, on budget and 100% correct for all ownership models.
Develops and manages multi-channel, integrated marketing plans for brand initiatives and promotions. Aligns plans with internal and external partners.
Leads cross channel and out of store marketing campaign development to ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and priorities
Leads any market specific innovation plans reflecting competitive and consumer trends and market needs. Leads the assortment, pricing strategies and segmentation of stores.
Support launch of new products and product related marketing opportunities from concept to implementation of new products, packing and marketing campaign levering sourcing team to manage costs.
Support cross-functional and/or cross-channel teams to develop best in class new programs, from concept to commercialization, with on time delivery.
Support qualitative and quantitative research to uncover key insights and recommend actions. Merges trends and other primary and secondary forms of research with fact-based business insights to arrive at sound strategic recommendations.
Travel within market will be required, as peers within the marketing strategy team will rely heavily on local market input to create instore and campaigns. Travel will be 1-2 times per month at most.
Your profile
Experience
Experience in marketing & brand working in a local market executing integrated marketing plans
4+ years of marketing experience client and/or agency side
3 years of consumer product brand/program management
4+ years executing integrated marketing plans
Knowledge & Skills
A driving passion for marketing, social media, building community, interacting with various audiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language (English, Dutch, French appreciated etc.)
Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong problem solving skills
