The Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Excellence is responsible for acting as the liaison between the business and the technical team to ensure business needs are met as efficiently as possible. If you enjoy helping build technical solutions to solve business problems, this might be the role for you!

You will work closely with commercial business and process owners to identify opportunities for technology improvements and build a holistic perspective to support prioritization. You are responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the European teams with a specific focus on the Commercial teams, covering topics like digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce, etc. You are responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.

Is this you?
You have at least 4 years’ relevant work experience. You have experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Ideally you have experience working in the life science industry or another highly regulated field.

You have experience working with Salesforce or another CRM tool, as well as familiarity with digital marketing tech stacks. Exposure to B2B ecommerce or to sales force effectiveness applications would also be a plus.

You speak fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or another relevant degree. Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent, is preferred.

You love a Challenge A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. You can organize and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.

You build and maintain successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
You do the Right Thing You have a high level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. You understand the importance of keeping track of what is going on in your goals/projects.

You can Juggle Well…metaphorically at least. You have the ability to balance various priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring that the most important goals are continuously met (But if you can actually juggle, we’d love to hear about that too).

• Build and maintain strong relationship with the business and functional teams.
• Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
• Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
• Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
• Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
