Hotel Seven one Seven is een kleinschalig, vijfsterrenhotel gelegen in het hart van Amsterdam. Het 17e eeuse pand heeft in totaal negen suites die, net zoals onze gasten, namen hebben in plaats van nummers. Dit is noodzakelijk doordat alle kamers verschillend zijn ingericht en gedecoreerd.

Your primary responsibilities include:-Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.-Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.-Managing reservations and updating the hotel's booking system. -Handling administrative tasks, including daily audits and end-of-day reporting.-Ensuring the security and safety of guests by monitoring the premises and managing emergency situations.-Preparing for the upcoming day's operations

Job Requirements
