Voor onze afdeling QHSSE in Eindhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een:

HSSE Coördinator (1 FTE)

Waar kom je terecht?

Je gaat aan de slag in een gemotiveerd team dat waakt over de duurzaam veilige werkomgeving in en rondom onze vezelfabriek. Met korte lijnen naar elke andere afdeling in een hoogwaardige productieomgeving waar wij optische glasvezels maken. Op Strijp T, een fantastisch bedrijventerrein in het hart van Brainport Eindhoven.De HSSE Coördinator rapporteert aan de Manager Quality, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Je levert in woord en daad een actieve bijdragen aan het in stand houden en/of verhogen van de veiligheids- en duurzaamheidsstandaarden binnen de optische glasvezelfabriek;
• Ondersteunen bij het geven van trainingen op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en milieu. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat trainingsdossiers worden bijgehouden en up-to-date blijven;
• Assisteren bij het uitvoeren van nieuwe risicoanalyses voor processen en het herzien en updaten van bestaande analyses;
• Teams ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van veilige en duurzame werkmethoden voor nieuwe of bestaande processen en activiteiten om de gezonde, duurzaam veilige werkomgeving van mensen te waarborgen;
• Ondersteunen bij het onderzoeken van incidenten (waarnemingen, bijna-ongevallen, ongevallen met en zonder verzuim, alarmen enz.).
• Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits, zorgen voor naleving van wetgeving en Prysmian-procedures en het uitvoeren van acties.

Als HSSE Coördinator bij Prysmian Eindhoven:

• Heb jij een HBO opleiding in Arbeidshygiëne, Milieuwetenschappen, techniek of een gerelateerde technische discipline;
• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving;
• Beschik jij over een gestructureerd en logisch denkvermogen, ben je bereid om de status-quo in twijfel te trekken, maar open voor het ontwikkelen van oplossingen binnen een team;
• Heb je formele HSE-kwalificaties zoals VOL VCA (in Nederland), MVK certificaat Milieumanagement, of een gelijkwaardig diploma;
• Beschik je over digitale vaardigheden (bijvoorbeeld Microsoft Office);
• Sterke communicatie-, beïnvloedings- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden op alle organisatieniveaus;
• Beheers je de Nederlandse taal en een gevorderd niveau Engels;
• Ben je in staat om effectief te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams;
• Ben je proactief, resultaatgericht, veerkrachtig en gepassioneerd om een positieve impact te maken.

Een uitdagende functie in een innovatie productieomgeving ingeschaald in schaal 9. Het salaris is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.Je hebt recht op 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
