This is how you make impact as a Project Manager
As a project manager, you will be responsible in the broadest sense for the initiation, supervision and successful completion of projects within Neways Technologies. At the start of the project you compile a project management plan; translating customer demand with the budget conditions and the defined scope (QLTC). After approval of the project, you are responsible for initiation, follow-up and successful completion of the project with a multidisciplinary project team.

This is what you bring to the team
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an engineering profile
- Relevant working experience in project management
- Understanding of business and technical context
- Experience in automotive or medical technology sector is a plus
- Solid communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical thinking
- An independent, result oriented and accountable code of conduct
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken English language skills
Your daily responsibilities include
- Management of technical projects with hardware and software development;
- Management of all project activities including budget control and reporting;
- Close coordination with the customer, production and suppliers;
- Coordination of internal and external development;
- Recording and communicating product and customer-specific requirements;
- Commitment to continuously improving the quality of our services;
- Collaboration in multi-site development teams.
