HR Officer

To replace a fellow HR Officer, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer! Are you collegial, accurate and do you value processes and clear agreements? Do you think it is important to have all HR administration up to date? Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing?

You will join our HR team, where you will work with an HR Advisor and two HR Officers.

• You handle all HR administration to perfection. You can think about keeping the general HR e-mail box up to date, as well as processing hires and departures;
• In addition, you handle first-line calls that come in on our regular HR number, you do this with knowledge and enthusiasm, you are the first point of contact for our colleagues and supervisor;
• You will process changes in our personnel and payroll records and identify expiring contracts, supervising and being responsible for deadlines;
• You direct the in-out-and flow process;
• You are responsible for recruitment;
• You will also be involved in organising personnel parties and anniversaries, ensuring that our colleagues receive a gift and bouquet of flowers on reaching great milestones such as anniversaries or retirement.

You propagate the RBC HR policy within the organisation, informing and motivating your colleagues. You can act quickly and respond well to ad hoc changes in our dynamic industry.

What do we ask of you?

• Service and customer oriented;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant work environment;
• Living in Rotterdam region or surrounding areas;
• A proactive and hands-on mentality;
• Accurate and stress resistant;
• Good communication skills;
• Representative;
• Able to work both individually and in a team.

What do we have to offer?

• Employment of 40 hours;
• A gross salary between €3,000 and €3,500 per month based on full-time employment, depending on education and experience;
• 8% vacation allowance;

• One-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent position with good performance;
