Project Manager

This role is required by Engineering & Architecture – Construction Supervision Division.
E & A - Construction Supervision is one of the main divisions of our customer's which was established to meet the rising demand for program management and construction supervision. We provide services for clients with multi-projects which often have a long duration and a total construction value that run into billions of Saudi Riyals. Through planning, organizing, securing and managing resources DAR brings about the successful completion of a projects goals and objectives. They not only honors project constraints, but equally focuses on high quality services and techniques to achieve its clients satisfaction.

About Your Job:
We are urgently seeking the services of Project Manager for our Buildings project in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. It is a very strategic project and supposed to be landmark in Riyadh city. The total construction cost exceeds 18 billion Saudi Riyals.

Your role is to Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan. You will also have to define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.

You have to participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy, manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards.

Demands

You must have at-least Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural engineering & membership of Chartered Institution with minimum 20 Years of total relevant experience.

WESTERN candidates will be highly preferred for this position. You must also have high-rise buildings experience alongwith Middle East or Saudi experience.

You should also have following expertise to be considered for this role:
Strong safety background.
Strong knowledge of CSI specifications, American & British codes & standards.
Strong management skills.
Site supervision & consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract documentations.
Has managed large teams.
Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’
Strong knowledge of cost management & construction coordination knowledge.
