Voor onze opdrachtgever, actief ohgv nationale en internationale infrastructurele projecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Document Manager (Document Controller) .

De functie:

Zowel bij het bedrijf als bij de eindklant werkt met Projectwise, maar wel in verschillende systemen. De opdrachtgever stelt hoge eisen aan het volgen van de processtappen en het aanleveren van de correcte metadata. Het synchroon houden van deze gegevens is een behoorlijke uitdaging. De opleveringscycli volgen elkaar in hoog tempo op en kunnen ook parallel lopen.

• tijdige en correcte opleveringen van de projecten
• in overleg met de manager project beheersing plannen en coordineren van uit te voeren processtap.
• waar nodige delegeren van processtappen aan andere PMO leden binnen het project
• overzicht houden over de status van de opleveringen, inclusief status van de review.

Gevraagd:

• Een sterke persoonlijkheid met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met document management in complexe projecten;
• Grondige kennis van document managementprocessen;
• Kennis van Projectwise of een ander document managementsysteem;
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
• Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden;
• In staat om onder druk te presteren en meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren;
• Teamspeler met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
