As part of a close-knit team led by the Security Manager, you'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities.As a Hotel Security Officer/Beveiliger your tasks will include:Monitoring and Procedures: Keep a observant eye on safety through 70 surveillance cameras, addressing issues like lost property, fire, theft, burglary, accident prevention, key management, and enforcing house rules.Expertise: Understand and implement Safety & Security procedures, providing advice on security risks and taking decisive action during evacuations or emergencies.Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, offering and receiving support as needed. Collaborate with a team of 5 security guards during different shifts.Crisis Management: Maintain composure in stressful situations, taking the lead during emergencies, problems, and breakdowns. Coordinate and report events promptly.Support and Development: We prioritize your growth and development. Join us to explore the Hotel Security Officer/Security Officer position, where your career and personal development matter.What are we looking for?1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel security/Beveiliger and/or in possession of a MBO Beveiliger 2 diplomaAvailable for 3 or 5 days a weekFlexibel to work on morning/evening/night shifts also during weekdays, weekends and on public holidaysHaving a service-minded attitudeProof of good behaviour (VOG)Fluent in Dutch; preferably, also proficient in EnglishExperience with the most common Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Exel, PowerPoint).In possession of driving licence B is pré, but not mandatory.Salary will be discussed during interview process.
