Business Analyst (Digital Chan) - DUTCH SPEAKING - AMSTERDAM - 12 months contract - 2 days PW onsite
Next Ventures seeks an experienced Business Analyst to work onsite at the client site in Amsterdam 2 days per week.
Position: Business Analyst – Digital Channels Personal Banking Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Accounts and Savings domain within the Grid Digital Channels Personal Banking team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless focus on creating customer value, we want to hear from you.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in developing digital propositions within a banking environment, especially customerfacing products. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, aligning with stakeholders, and guiding the team to deliver top-notch digital products. Work Environment:

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate in two multidisciplinary team of 5-9 members. - Engage in a fast-paced, innovative change initiative shaping the future of the Accounts and Savings domain. - Thrive in an informal atmosphere with plenty of room for creativity and fun. - Embrace failures as learning opportunities in a supportive environment. - Work within a dynamic, multicultural team.

Your Profile: - Proven track record in delivering digital products. - 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role. - Ability to write user stories and translate business requirements into technical requirements. - Serve as the primary contact for the dev-ops team with in-depth knowledge of our products. - Analyse data and distil complex information into clear insights. - Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and leading meetings. - Knowledge of and experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology. - Committed to delivering quality work with attention to detail, while also capable of producing highlevel results when needed. - Responsible, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills. - Used to working in a large corporate with high levels of complexity
