What are you going to do?
As a Process Operator, you are a key link in the production process. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of our production line. You are responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning the equipment and monitoring the progress of the production process. This includes:- Conducting product and process checks and accurately recording process data.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborating closely with operators and the process technologist to optimize the processes.
- Providing a thorough handover of tasks to your colleagues at the end of your shift.

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- Shift allowance according to the Cheese Warehouse Company collective agreement, 8% holiday allowance, and 24 vacation days per year, with the option to buy or sell extra vacation days.

What they expect from you
Our client is looking for a Process Operator who combines technical insight with a strong sense of responsibility. Additionally, you possess:- A proactive attitude and team spirit.
- Experience in the food industry.
- Working at a minimum of VAPRO A level.
- Good command of the Dutch or English language.
- Experience with computers and familiarity with the Office package.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a three-shift schedule.
