REMOTE Senior Affiliate Manager Email Marketing Specialist

As the Senior Affiliate Manager with a specialization in email traffic, you’ll take charge of growing our client’s email affiliate partnerships. This high-impact position involves managing premier publishing partners, optimizing campaigns, ensuring compliance, and identifying revenue-driving strategies. Your expertise in email marketing will be critical as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and reach ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do:

Partnership Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key email-focused affiliates, while recruiting new partners to expand the network.

Campaign Oversight:

Lead the execution of multiple email campaigns, ensuring timeliness, adherence to budgets, and quality control.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze campaign data to spot revenue opportunities, refine performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Client Collaboration:

Work directly with clients to understand their marketing goals, ensuring campaigns align with their needs and expectations.

Quality and Compliance Monitoring:

Monitor email traffic quality closely to ensure full compliance with client guidelines and regulatory standards.

Revenue Growth and Strategy Development:

Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and partner management.

Optimization Skills:

Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and growing revenue through affiliate channels.

Relationship-Building:

Skilled at creating and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to dive into data and make sense of metrics to guide strategies.

Technical Know-How:

Familiar with tools like Lashback, Optizmo, and API integrations like Everflow.

Email Campaign Knowledge:

Knows the ins and outs of email campaign components (creatives, suppression files, geo-targeting, etc.).

Compliance-Minded:

Experienced in monitoring and enforcing compliance with industry and client standards.

Email Affiliate Management:

Experience working with both 3rd party and 1st party email affiliates.

Email Strategy Expertise:

Deep understanding of email strategy elements like inboxing, list management, and competitive research.

Creative Development Oversight:

Ability to guide the development of all email creative types.

Offer Prospecting:

Regularly conducts research and utilizes tools like Lashback to promote effective email offer prospecting and promotion.

Bonus Points:

• Experience using Optizmo and Everflow API.
• Strong background in email affiliate marketing and compliance.
• Skilled at managing top-tier relationships and driving creative partner engagement.
