Senior QA Manager

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior QA Manager to join mid-sized pharmaceutical team that focusses on developing therapies against different allergies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments within the company, ensuring that all quality assurance processes and procedures are adhered to. Additionally, the Senior QA Manager will also have indirect responsibility for approximately 50 full-time employees and will play a critical role in improving quality throughout the company.Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple departments and ensure quality assurance processes are properly followed
- Manage and lead a team of QA professionals
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Implement and maintain quality systems and processes
- Provide guidance and training to department staff on quality policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective quality processes
- Indirectly supervise approximately 50 full-time employees
- Drive company-wide efforts to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Benefits
- Employment: immediate employment starting with one year contract;
- Salary indication: €80k - €120k + bonus and lease case month depending on education level and experience;
- Vacation days: 25 per year + the possibility to buy 7 days on an annual basis;
- Working hours: Preferably full-time, 32 hours negotiable;
