Your role

As Manager ESG, you will lead complex sustainability programs at leading organizations. You will work closely with CFOs, sustainability managers and other stakeholders in the public and private sectors to develop and implement ESG strategies.

You have a keen eye for regulations, reporting requirements and impact metrics and know how to integrate sustainability into business strategies. You also play a crucial role in business development, team development and mentoring junior colleagues.

What will you do?

• Lead ESG transformations to future-proof organizations.
• Advise CFOs, sustainability managers and directors on ESG strategies and compliance.
• Develop and implement sustainable business models and accountability structures.
• Integrate ESG factors into financial and operational processes.
• Responding to changing laws and regulations, such as CSRD.
• Demonstrate leadership and guide teams in a rapidly changing sustainable environment.
• Develop new ESG propositions and strengthen client relationships.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting role within ESG, sustainability or strategic transformation.
• Affinity and knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards and legislation.
• Experience in guiding organizations through sustainable transitions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial skills and the drive to grow ConQuaestor.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
