Your Mission:
As a
Global Digital Success Manager
, your mission is to drive global Digital Customer Success initiatives by leveraging market insights and scaling best practices across regions. You will play a pivotal role in managing global digital customer success projects, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and value-driven digital customer journey.

This is an exciting opportunity within our Global CX team, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our digital customer strategy at a global level. The ideal candidate is highly independent, takes ownership, excels in project management, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

About the team:
The Global CX team is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through digital-led strategies and initiatives. We work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support to scale our impact and continuously improve digital customer engagement.

Our team is committed to developing and implementing digital success programs that drive customer retention, increase adoption, and create a seamless digital journey for our global customer base.

Your 12-month journey:
During the first 3 months, you will
Get to know the team, our products, and global market dynamics.
Join customer interactions to understand key pain points and opportunities.
Assist in ongoing projects and start identifying potential global initiatives.
Within 6 Months, you will
Take ownership of a global digital success project, from planning to execution.
Drive proactive customer engagement campaigns to improve adoption and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product Marketing) to align strategies.
After 1 year, you will
Lead multiple global initiatives to scale digital success and drive customer outcomes.
Establish best practices for digital customer engagement at scale.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to efficiently execute initiatives.
Continuously iterate and optimize digital strategies based on customer insights.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and implement digital customer success initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and engagement.
Drive strategic digital programs using channels such as email, in-app messaging, video, webinars, and customer education centers.
Act as a bridge between regional customer success teams and global digital strategies, ensuring alignment and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to enhance digital-led customer experiences.
Monitor key customer success metrics (retention, adoption, engagement) to identify trends and drive improvements.

What you’ll bring to the team:
Strong Project Management Skills – Ability to lead and execute digital customer success initiatives effectively.
High Ownership & Independence – A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results.
Collaboration & Communication – Experience working across teams to align goals and execute strategies.
Customer-Centric Mindset – Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful digital experiences.
Analytical Skills – Ability to measure, analyze, and interpret data to optimize initiatives.
Experience in Digital Programs – Background in Customer Success, Digital Engagement, Customer Marketing, or Product Education within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

Comfort in a Tech Environment – Quick adaptability to new software and digital tools.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Dutch, German or French are a plus).
