About the roleMonks is looking for a super talented mid-sr Art Director to take the lead in thinking up through the line campaigns for one of Europe’s largest retail companies. The position is all about growing the brand through effective and outstanding creative work. Role & Responsibilities Create and conceptualise ideas and content for multiple campaigns throughout the year.You’ll look after the execution of the art direction and help to improve the work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices and practical solutions.You’ll help translate strategic/client briefs into striking creative work.An eye for detail and perfectness is important, so you’ll safeguard quality at all times.Working within a larger client team, you’ll make sure our work and processes are in line with the client’s objectives and expectations. Requirements You’re an Art Director with 5+ years of high-level experience as Mid/Senior creative or crafting retail campaigns.As showcased in your portfolio, your creative work is outstanding.You’ll need to have strong English communication skills for working with clients and colleagues around the world. Creating balanced and beautiful designs is second nature to you.With an understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, film and animation production, flow and storytelling, you can get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level.You know how to sell creative work to colleagues and clients alike, and have experience doing client presentations.
