subscribed and it’s looking to

performance paid social media specialists.
As the new paid social specialist you are going to help them to gain more subscribers with outstanding social media campaigns!
The marketing team consists of approximately 10 specialists. Each with a
different background and experience
. But one thing that they do have in common is that
everyone works as a team
. Everyone is involved together on projects. The team is
led by the marketing director
and the
lead performance marketeer
. Because of this you will have the opportunity to
learn a lot on your job
, since there is a large amount of experience in between the colleagues. 

Your new job: Performance Social Media Specialist in Media City Hilversum

This platform is in the
scale up phase
, which means that they are growing fast! The expansion is due the marketing team which implies creative ways of
targeting the potential audience.
Since this platform is providing content that is beyond mainstream, it will challenge you to look
beyond standard best practices
and explore new ones. 
In this role you will be responsible for
setting up, running, and optimizing the paid social media campaigns.
You know your way around all the business managers in social media. Besides that, you will be
co-responsible for the budgets
of social media campaigns. And that is where
performance
part of this role comes in. You must possess
good budget management
skills to insure a good 
ROI on the campaigns
.

What we need from you

As the New Performance Social Media Specialist in Hilversum we need you to bring the following: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Social Advertising
• Bachelor/Master degree
• Experience with budget management
• Experience with international campaign management
• Experience with Google Analytics
