Pay: $140,000.00/ year Base Salary (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Innovate and Design:

 Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering to lead the design and development of advanced solutions utilizing .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and SQL Server. Transform business requirements into innovative technological solutions that drive organizational success.

eCommerce Integration:

 Engage with various omnichannel eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless order fulfillment from online stores and marketplaces, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Seamless Coding and Integration:

 Develop and implement robust integrations through APIs, data transfers, and ETL processes to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across applications.

Data Management:

 Leverage your expertise in MS Azure and SQL to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions. Efficiently handle large datasets for comprehensive analysis and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Evaluate and Enhance Technologies:

 Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by assessing emerging Microsoft technologies. Recommend and implement new features to improve the performance and functionality of our solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

 Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to various projects and initiatives within the engineering team.
 

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Experience:

• 10+ years as a systems architect or in a similar role with a strong focus on data architecture, .NET framework, and Microsoft technologies.
• 7+ years in software engineering and architecture roles.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• 3+ years of development experience in C#, X++, or .NET (or equivalent).

Cloud Expertise:

 Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture and deployment.

Automation Skills:

 Proven experience in automated build and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Payment Systems Knowledge:

 In-depth understanding of payment gateways and credit card processing systems.

Must-Have Other Skills:

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

Project Management:

 Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills:

 Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams.

Agile Methodology:

 Experience with Agile-based software development processes.

Language Proficiency:

 Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Retail Experience:

 Familiarity with eCommerce, ERP systems, and retail supply chain and business processes.

ETL Solutions:

 Experience with complex ETL solutions (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, etc.).

Low/No-Code Tools:

 Proficiency in using low/no-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes.
