Senior Estimator/ Kostenbegroter

De opdrachtgever van deze vacature richt zich op het managen van grote infraprojecten en het daarbij beheersen van risico s, tijd, geld en kwaliteit. Vaak werken zij in consortiumverband, in nauwe samenwerking met hun partners. De impact op de projecten is vanwege hun centrale en integrale rol groot.

Jouw werkzaamheden betreffen:

• Leidinggeven aan team begroting;
• Zorgdragen voor het opzetten van de werkbudgetten in afstemming met ontwerp & uitvoering;
• Interviewen van budgetverantwoordelijke;
• Evalueren risico’s, planning, voortgang en samen met ontwerp & uitvoering het resultaat voorstellen;
• Jij bent in staat om aan te geven of veronderstellingen realistisch zijn en wat de risico’s zijn;
• Jij maakt gebruik van het documentatiesysteem, waarin afgesproken tarieven, prijzen, ervaringsgegevens, nacalculaties, etc. zijn opgeslagen en draagt er mede zorg voor dat dit bestand actueel wordt gehouden;
• Verder lever jij een bijdragen aan de Project Status Rapportage op het gebied van begroting en kostenbewaking;
• Indelen van het team, zodanig dat elke periode een betrouwbaar verslag uitgebracht kan worden;
• Overige tot de functie behorende en opgedragen werkzaamheden.

Functievereisten:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Bouwtechnische opleiding zoals Civiele techniek of Bouwkunde.
• VCA basis.
• GPI-Infra.
• Kennis van uitvoeringsmethoden, contract beheer, planning calculatienormen en prijzen.
• Kennis van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
• Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in relevant vakgebied in civiele projecten.
