What impact will you make?

The ConQuaestor Young Executive Program offers a steep learning curve through a combination of practice, theory and skill development. 
As a consultant, project or program manager, you will carry out assignments averaging 6 to 9 months with top 500 organizations. 
You solve complex financial issues, optimize reports and make improvement proposals. 
Together with an experienced consultant, you will work on process optimizations within the finance function of various organizations.

How are you going to do this?

You analyze financial processes, advise on improvements, guide digitalization and support clients in financial transformation projects. You work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and solve complex financial issues.

What do we offer you?

• Starting salary from €3,000 (40 hours per week)

What are we looking for in you?

• 0-2 years of work experience
• A relevant Master's degree (financial, business, strategic management, econometrics or technical)
• Affinity or relevant experience in the field of Finance and/or Data & Analytics
• Sensitivity to cultural diversity and organizational structures
• Extracurricular activities in addition to your studies, such as active (board) membership in a student union or sports club
• An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing
• A hands-on and learning mentality
