About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work primarily with fund management companies to provide critical support to the client companies in their corporate investment structures and help them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

• You will be responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies;
• You will maintain a portfolio of client entities and ensure the entities are kept in good standing and comply with laws and regulations, including the rules of the Dutch Central Bank;
• You will communicate with clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide;
• You will be responsible for handling the KYC/AML processes of new and existing clients, together with our KYC/AML team;
• You will draft Risk Analysis Reports (RAR’s) and adequately determine a risk rating;
• You will draft legal documents, review and assess relevant legal documentation and advice from third parties;
• You will signal any legal/tax issue of a client transaction and liaise with the client and/or advisor.

About You:

• You preferably have a degree in corporate or fiscal law with at least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a comparable environment;
• You have had exposure to Private Equity and/or Real Asset investment structures (an advantage);
• You have (practical) knowledge of Dutch corporate law and regulations;
• You are commercial, service-minded, hands-on, have a dynamic attitude and an international mind-set;
• You have experience with independently managing a client portfolio;
• Knowledge of or prior exposure to KYC and AML procedures is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Structured Finance documentation and experience with related transactions is an advantage;
• You have the willingness to further develop financial, (international) tax and company law knowledge;
• You are responsible, reliable and have the ability to work within a team;
• You are fluent English and have good Dutch language knowledge (both verbal and written);
• You have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
