WE ARE EDN is a new all-day dining experience with a real heart and a big conscience. WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drink in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honours nature’s bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.

• Hotel Know-How: Previous experience in the hotel scene is a plus.
