Interesting! What will I be doing?

You’ll be working as an Operation Technician, where you’ll be a crucial technical link. In this role, you’ll lead the onshore and offshore Flying Squad, a team of 3-6 technicians who intervene in drilling installations. You’ll be responsible for the operation, safety, and environment of the installation where you’re present. You’ll prepare planned interventions, and in case of an emergency, you’ll lead the incident with the help of the onshore emergency team. All in all, it’s a varied and exciting job that’s very important in preventing and solving major problems.

With your technical experience, you know how to lead a team both in preparation and at decisive moments. When you rely on each other, your social skills come to the fore, and you make well-considered decisions. Your years of experience in this industry shine through, and you’re familiar with the offshore sector from your previous work. You currently live in the Netherlands and are willing to commute to Den Helder for your shifts. And perhaps that’s worth it for this job…
