Treasury Specialist

Rotterdam – fulltime

Job outline

As a Treasury Specialist, you will have a vital role in the Treasury / Back Office, which consists of Chief Accountant, another Treasury Specialist and two colleagues from Back Office. You will take responsibility of the daily debit & credit management operations. On a day-to-day basis you will report on open accounts and payments overdue, send reminders to customers and communicate with clients if terms or agreements are not met. A second job responsibility in Treasury is account payables management, by checking incoming invoices, processing them in the system, verifying tariffs charged prior to approval, checking outstanding positions and communicate with suppliers.

You will also give support to the company’s
Back Office
by parking incoming invoices and processing outgoing invoices in the accounting system and by assisting with issuing invoices based on information in ETRM.

In your role you will communicate with various departments and professionals within the LUKOIL organization.

Functie-eisen

• MBO (PDB or other accounting/administrative diplomas)

 3+ years working experience in finance/accounting
 Preferably relevant working experience in a trading environment
(oil & gas industry, shipping, bunkering, transport etc.).

• Fluency in English (command of Dutch is a plus)
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3 or similar) is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
