Coaching for a new career path

Would you like to know more about your talents and limitations with respect to your work and personality? What are my strengths, what do I do well, and how should I develop myself? For private clients we have developed an interesting program to help you answer these questions. Depending on the budget you wish to allot to perspectives of a new career, there are three options for you to choose from.

• Intake session: discussing your career, wishes and options.
• Completing online questionnaires: personality, work style, interests and your resume/career profile.
• Personal feedback session: discussing your results and the report.
• Access to a large job openings database: testing your match with job openings.
• Career coaching sessions to turn plans into actions.

Costs

We offer three types of the Career Mirror Program based on the same testing material. Option 1 only includes the personal feedback session. If you wish to spend additional time with an experienced consultant to explore answers to your own specific career questions , option 2 is best for you. Choose option 3 if you also want an answer to more complicated questions like “what do I want?”, “what are my strengths?” and “how can I achieve my targets?” . You will have two career consultations to help you answer these questions.

Option 1 (Basic)

Short intake session by telephone or in person, completing questionnaires at home, includes analysis tests, feedback session (90 minutes), extensive digital format report, licensing costs test material, and a year subscription to an update job openings database: € 395,- (excl. VAT).

Option 2 (Basic+)

Career consultation (2 hours), completing questionnaires at home, includes analysis tests, feedback session (90 minutes), extensive digital format report, licensing costs test material, and a year subscription to an update job openings database: € 595,- (excl. VAT).*

Option 2 (Comfort)

Career consultation (2 hours), completing questionnaires at home, includes analysis tests, feedback session (90 minutes), extensive digital format report, licensing costs test material, a year subscription to an update job openings database and two further career consultations (2×90 minutes): € 895,- (excl. VAT).*

• These prices are exclusively for private clients. It is possible to carry out the consultations via Skype. We do prefer personal contact to ensure the best results. For this reason we always start the program with a meeting in person.

What will the Career Mirror give me?

The report will give you an overview of all questionnaire results and overview of applicable new career directions and job openings for you including an idea of the current job market situation. For every suitable job opening you will be given a functional analysis to show you (graphically) how well you match with the job opening.

Job openings database

Participants gain access to a job openings database with on average 45.000 listed openings for a year. The database only contains job openings younger than three weeks. This ensures that the listed openings are not outdated and helps you save time finding jobs on the Internet.
