Assistant Reporting Analyst

As an Assistant Reporting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to further develop your data and analytical skills, with the prospect of advancing to the role of Reporting Analyst. This is a perfect start: the role offers a soft landing within our organization. Our processes can be quite complex and overwhelming in the beginning, but in this role you'll get to know the projects we run step by step and learn how to work in a team as an entry-level employee. In the beginning of the position you will mainly be programming with survey tools, doing online fieldwork and monitoring, and gradually getting acquainted with building dashboards and translating data into visuals that have impact.

What will you do as an Assistant Reporting Analyst?

You will support a Reporting Analyst and learn to work with tools such as Excel, Power BI, survey tools and our specialized neurotools. As an understanding of the methodologies and processes develops, there is room to grow into the role of Reporting Analyst. In that role, you'll take on more responsibility, such as building dashboards and creating valuable visuals that help clients make better strategic decisions.

Your duties as an Assistant Reporting Analyst will include:

• Design and programming of questionnaires for research projects with survey tools.
• Conduct and monitor online fieldwork.
• Analyze and process data with tools such as Excel.
• Support reports, dashboards and share insights with the team.

What we expect from you:

• HBO/WO graduate with a passion for data and translating data into visuals.
• Experience with Excel and quickly learn new tools, such as AI tools and survey tools.
• Precise, flexible and team player. Proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
