Essential ingredients:

You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the evenings.
Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

Delivering fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, with the focus on the bar and restaurant.
Delivering unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets.
Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms
Preparing guest bills and handling the payment
Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
