zoekt een Tenure Track Docent ‘Basisonderwijs’ wiskunde.
Onderwijsopdracht
Je biedt onderwijs aan dat flexibel kan gevolgd worden door werkstudenten, inspelend op de noden van het doelpubliek (zij-instroom, LIO-baan, reguliere trajecten, etc.) en maakt hiervoor gebruik van onderwijstechnologische toepassingen. De lesopdracht kan plaatsvinden in de avonduren en occasioneel op zaterdag.

Binnen de 3 jaar ontwikkel je een lespakket rond onderzoeksmethoden en -technieken en data-analyse, specifiek gericht op onderwijsprofessionals (12 SP).

Als ZAP-lid ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de onderwijsassist(en) betrokken bij de vakken waarvan je titularis bent.
Onderzoeksopdracht
Je verricht wetenschappelijk onderzoek dat zich situeert in de domeinen pedagogie, lerarenopleiding en wiskunde. De publicatieproductiviteit dient de bevordering tot een volgende graad te verantwoorden en staat in verhouding met het aanstellingspercentage. Je draagt het promotorschap van minstens één doctorandus en je verwerft als promotor of co-promotor competitieve externe financiering.
