The Technical Impact Traineeship at SMD was an incredible journey of learning and development. I had the chance to take part in leadership training and focus on personal growth while contributing to diverse projects. From working in -20°C in Lithuania to 36°C in Singapore, no two experiences were the same. One of the highlights was the mobilization of the Aeolus. It was a technically demanding project where I could work independently while learning from experienced colleagues. Seeing how teamwork brought everything together was truly inspiring. This traineeship has been an exciting start to my career, full of opportunities to grow and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world.”
