GxP Automation Specialist

The GxP Automation Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our quality control processes by implementing and managing automated systems.

• Implement automated quality control by introducing automated testing, inspection, and data analysis.
• Deploy new systems by working with teams to introduce laboratory systems, ranging from standalone devices to global platforms connected to LIMS.
• Implement paperless solutions by setting up SDMS and exploring future digital opportunities.
• Integrate automation tools by selecting and implementing technologies that improve quality control and efficiency.
• Ensure quality standards by collaborating with quality assurance teams to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes by maintaining technical documentation, including installation and maintenance procedures.
• Train and support teams by educating and assisting team members in using automation tools.
• Collaborate across teams by working with engineering, manufacturing, and product management to align on quality goals.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Proven experience in automation, quality control, or related fields.
• Proven experience in validation systems in the GxP environment.
• Lead and execute automation projects within the organization.
• Optimize processes by identifying areas for automation to enhance product quality and reduce time to market.
