For a good relationship of ours, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer. It is important that you have good communication skills and that you know how to transfer your knowledge and skills to the development team, the administrators and the stakeholders. You end up in an organization where they work on new technologies for the customer service of various customers. Think, for example, of municipalities, the police and central government.As a DevOps Engineer you are responsible for the optimization, monitoring and improvement of the products and you work according to the CI/CD process. Your first task will be to realize an automating process from integration to delivery within the Chef software. You continuously coordinate with the development and operations team and you make a strategic plan. It is a requirement that you have experience with Linux and other modern deployment methodologies. You are also prepared to bring all the stakeholders involved together. For this it is important that you have good communication skills and can work well together. For this position you are regularly in the office and this will be at least 3 days a week. They also work with two teams abroad, so it is important that you have sufficient command of the English language.

- Integrating an automatic delivery of the products;
- Maintaining and creating documentation by testing and monitoring where necessary;
- Working through CI/CD;
- Working on the automation and professionalization of the products;
- Supporting the development department through your knowledge of various customer solutions.
Functie-eisen
- You have HBO work and thinking level;
- You already have a stay or living in the Netherlands;
- Experience with Linux and Infrastructure-As-Code;
- You have experience with the CI/CD method;
- You can work well together and you have good communication skills;
- Knowledge and experience with Chef is a plus;
- Affinity with Grafana, Kibana and Logstash is a plus;
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Kubernetes and Docker is a plus;
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
In addition to a good salary, you will also receive the following points:- Holiday pay 8% of the gross annual salary;
- 25 vacation days (+ half a day per quarter that you are not sick);
- Travel allowance of 19 cents/kilometer;
