We are looking for a creative and proactive German Sales & Office Assistant.

One of our clients in Amsterdam active in the Dental Industry is in need of a German Sales & Office Assistant. The organisation is a German supplier in Dental products since 2011. Last September they launched a new product, which they are now succesfully promoting to their clients. Next to selling the products, attending fairs and product demonstration, you will be supporting the team with several administrative tasks.

Job description:

• Contact with (potential) clients via telephone, mail and face to face;
• Product presentations;
• Preparing invoices and quotations;
• After sales and follow up;
• Support with creation of marketing material;
• Sales support;
• Arranging master classes;
• Various administrative supporting activities;
• Organising events in German cities.

Job requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the German language in word and writing;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Relevant sales and administrative working experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality;
• Flexible, eager to learn and service oriented;
• Good command of Exact.
