you will operate within the 
project-oriented
 Engineering Department, where you expertly 
manage co-makers, subcontractors
, and clients through technical processes with precision and skill. You will have the opportunity to

What you will do

Develop detailled planning

 and

delivery schedule

for engineering documentation in close cooperation with project manager and involved parties

Act as a technical knowledge supervisor

 
and point of contact for class authoorities, owner's representatives, subcontractors and third parties

Monitor 

project progress

 and 
quality control of deliverables

Resolve project bottlenecks

 and communicate with all relevant parties

• Work in close cooperation

with suppliers, comakers and subcontractors

to attain project targets

Lead, develop and motivate

your team members to achieve mutual goals together

What you already have

• BSc. or

MSc. degree

in

Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

8+ years' of experience

 in engineering of marine systems in the yacht or shipbuilding industry

Established knowledge of rules and regulations

, Solas and Large Yacht Code

• Experienced with CAD programs, preferably

Cadmatic

Quality and budget awareness

 as you will be working on the improvement of processes

• Ability to work in a highly

complex technical environment

, so expect to be positively challenged

Excellent communication skills

 and fluent English since you will be working across several departments and project teams

• Available for full-time in Rotterdam
