Your role

As a Manager on our team, you will be responsible for leading complex transformation programs at top companies. You will work closely with CFOs and other leaders to develop strategic initiatives and optimize the finance function. You are a visionary, yet practical minded, and know how to get the best out of your team.

You will ensure that our clients' financial transformation is not only successfully completed, but also has a real long-term impact. You will also develop in the area of business development and managing project teams and junior colleagues.

What will you do?

Lead complex financial transformations:

You will drive large, strategic projects that involve restructuring and optimizing financial processes at top organizations.

Encourage strategic initiatives:

You will work with financial executives to develop clear, progressive visions that address key trends such as ESG, digital transformation and disruptive technologies.

Solve the most complex financial issues:

You will guide organizations in addressing the biggest challenges of financial transformation, ensuring they remain agile and ready for future developments.

Leadership and team development:

You will play a key role in the growth and development of your team and colleagues, helping them realize their own potential and contributing to the development of the practice.

Career Development:

With your experience and leadership skills, you will provide direction for both your own career and the careers of others, developing a specialty that contributes to the growth of ConQuaestor.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar consulting role, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
• Expertise in (financial) transformation and process optimization, with knowledge of the latest trends and developments in both the public and private sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams and direct complex projects.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to play an active role in building the future of ConQuaestor.
• A passion for developing strategic solutions that actually make an impact.
• A pragmatic and results-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
