About the position
VenturaHolland, the wholesaler for roofing materials, is expanding! That’s why we are looking for an Internal Sales Employee with a passion for and knowledge of the sale of roofing materials. Are you ready to provide the best advice to our business clients? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do as an internal sales employee?
As an Internal Sales Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing business clients. You will provide them with expert advice and help them find the right products. With your proactive attitude and customer-focused approach, you will contribute to our mission of providing optimal support to our clients. Your ideas on how we can improve our service are always welcome!

You maintain an overview of the ordering process: ensuring that orders are delivered on time, customer inquiries are answered, and that all purchasing and order processing are accurately recorded in our ERP system.

Are you someone who enjoys structure and likes to think of ways to better serve our customers? Then we are looking for you!

• Daily contact with new and existing business clients via email, chat, phone, and in the store;
• Maintaining customer relationships;
• Preparing quotes;
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Advising customers in our store and immediately retrieving the necessary materials;
• Contributing ideas to improve our webshop, such as product information, sales methods, ideas for writing blogs, and marketing plans;
• Processing orders in our ERP system;

Who are we?
VenturaHolland is a wholesaler specialized in roof tiles, roofing materials, zinc, flue pipes, and all other accessories for pitched and flat roofs. We distinguish ourselves by providing daily support to business clients with tips and advice for carrying out roofing tasks. Together with a diverse team of 30 employees, we manage to achieve top performance every day. We are an informal organization from Brabant, where we stand by each other as a team.

Who are you:

• You are a natural salesperson;
• You enjoy advising;
• You find it important that customers are satisfied;
• You have ambition and want to further develop yourself;
• You are proficient with modern digital tools and systems, including the Office suite;
• Affinity with building materials;
• At least 3 years of experience in sales;
• You have an MBO+ working and thinking level.
