Our engineering team currently consists of 4 engineers, all previous founders, and we're looking to double our team size in the next 4 months. We're building both B2C and B2B products, serving millions of requests daily. Our culture emphasizes in-office collaboration (4-5 days/week) and ownership mentality. We move fast and can make decisions quickly for the right candidates.

• What's your experience optimizing database performance at scale?
• How have you used GCP in production environments?
