About the job

MR MARVIS is looking for a talented and skilled Creative Design intern to provide support on a broad range of creative activities. You will primarily provide support to our Creative Designer in all daily work (print, OOH campaigns, digital campaigns: email/web/ads, tv ads / video campaigns, etc). Since MR MARVIS has a relatively small team you’ll be able to work on many different things usually only full-timers would work on. Your work combined with the marketing reach of MR MARVIS should deliver you a solid portfolio and a lot of “yeah.. I designed that”-conversations with friends.

The internship is at least 6 months and will start in 2020 per February or March. A longer internship period is possible (starting before Feb/Mar and/or extending after Jul/Aug).

About you

Responsible for..

Offline Print/OOH: support in designing all marketing expressions for Print and Out-of-Home (OOH) / big billboards in InDesign and ensure PDF files are conform printer/magazine requirements;
Video editing: support in translating video content from various shoots into appealing videos that work for TV advertisement, online advertising on Facebook/Youtube/Instagram and our website;
Digital design: support in preparing creatives and designs in collaboration with online teams (performance marketing, email marketing, website) with high performing ‘on-brand’ creatives;
Support in all other design related activities, like for example packaging design, designing the ‘MR MARVIS Manual’ (newspaper like insert for every order), label design for our shorts, photo post-production, preparing presentations, moodboards, and many more.

Your experience..

Currently studying, ideally at a creative school (MBO/HBO)
Proven experience in InDesign and Photoshop
A kick ass online portfolio
Experience in video-editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a strong plus
Experience in digital design through tools like Sketch/Figma is a plus
Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language(s) is (are) a plus
