Your role

As Manager of Data & Technology, you will lead complex digital transformation programs at leading organizations. You will work closely with CFOs, IT leaders and stakeholders in the public and private sectors to integrate innovative technologies such as AI, machine learning and data analytics into financial and operational strategies. 

You are both strategic and practical and know how to leverage data and technology to create value. In addition, you play a crucial role in business development, team development and mentoring junior colleagues.

What will you do?

• Lead digital and data-driven transformations to future-proof organizations.
• Provide strategic advice to CFOs, IT leaders and public organizations on data and technology.
• Integrating AI, machine learning and data analytics into finance and business strategies.
• Solve complex finance and IT challenges, such as cloud and automation solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership and guide teams in a rapidly changing digital environment.
• Develop new technology-driven propositions and strengthen customer relationships.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting role within digital transformation, data analytics or finance technology.
• Affinity and experience in data management, data strategy, cloud computing, RPA and AI.
• Experience in leading projects within both private and public sectors.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial skills and the drive to grow ConQuaestor.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
