About role 

As the EAS IPM Integration Consultant, you help clients transform their business, mostly driven by digital opportunities and technology. In a typical program, you are working at the intersection of business and technology with a sound understanding of the business drivers and the capabilities of IT and how these can contribute to run an organization better or different. 

You will be part of our EAS IPM practice, which specializes in managing large complex and often-international transformation programs at clients. We use Agile and DevOps to drive change management. We use a variety of frameworks and methods to increase the adoption, making sure that the people side of a transformation is properly addressed.

 

Our ideal candidate

Design and development of the technical strategies to allow the integration of the existing and legacy applications using IBM Websphere stack.
Translate business requirements into scalable/manageable software solutions. 

Adoption of best practice during design, development, testing and delivery Phases of WebSphere Message Broker/IIB and Websphere MQ:
Experience in architecting and designing Interfaces security using SOAP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, transport, and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SSO implementation using SAML and OAuth.

Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services and messaging protocols such as JMS and MQ.
Hands-on experience of integrating core systems like SAP, Salesforce, Locus, Witron and Informatica, etc.
Loose coupling: New applications can be easily connected or disconnected from the integration platform using secure data transport and accessibility.
Exceptional client management and communication skills, ability to guide, train and negotiate technical decisions
Agile, DevOps experience is a must. Knowledge of Jenkins/GIT is a plus
Basic Knowledge cloud technologies like Azure/AWS/Kubernetes is a plus.
