We?
At VIPS PMS, part of Freetime Hospitality b.v., there is an informal atmosphere where everyone is dedicated to serving the customer every day. For over 25 years, we have been a leading provider in the Netherlands with our reservation software, catering to B&Bs, hotels, and conference centers.

To expand our team in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a Customer Success intern.

What Will You

Do?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, solving problems and answering user questions about our reservation and POS systems. You don’t need to be a tech expert for this
• You ensure that complicated issues are properly escalated to second- and third-line support staff
• You (co-)manage projects from go-live to aftercare for our partner locations
• You and your colleagues ensure that our customers are helped in a friendly and effective manner

What Do We

Get From You?

• You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Hospitality and/or Event Management;
• Some work experience in a hotel or event company;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• A driven and stress-resistant personality who can work in a structured way.
