Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, and providing support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
● Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
● Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
● Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
● Oversee location maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
● Support HR and finance functions, such as payroll processing, expense tracking, and employee onboarding.
● Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and organization.
● Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.Benefits

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills● Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
