IT Team Lead

PROACTIVE – TECHNICAL EXPERTISE – RESULT-ORIENTED

A tech minded and highly automated financial institution is looking for an IT Team Lead to oversee IT operations and ensure seamless service delivery. This position requires a hands-on professional willing to dive into daily operations while also driving strategic IT improvements.

About the Role
As IT Team Lead, you will handle IT operations, maintain system security, manage user permissions, and collaborate with external IT providers. Reporting to the Directors, you will help shape IT policies and ensure technology aligns with business goals. While maintaining oversight, you will also be actively involved in troubleshooting and operational tasks to maintain a seamless IT environment. In the future, an active role in the development of new functionality will be possible, creating further opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure, backups, and user permissions.
Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
Oversee system integration between banking and group applications.
Coordinate with Group IT and external service providers.
Generate reports and provide IT insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of IT experience, including IT service desk and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office 365, and cloud solutions.
Experience in IT process optimization and technical documentation.
Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently.
Preferred: Veeam backup, banking systems, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
