We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who shares our passion and fits into our upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Your main responsibilities: You will be responsible for running O My Bags' two Amsterdam stores. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and onboarding, training, and leading a proactive and enthusiastic team of Store Reps. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of both stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed. Manage budgets for both stores. Sales and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.  Monitor sales performance and set targets for store staff.  Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues promptly. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays. Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach store employees. Set up a training program for the store staff to set them up for sales success.  Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions. Preparing promotional materials and displays in collaboration with the marketing team. Engage with the local community to enhance the store’s presence and reputation. You're the right fit for us if: You are fluent in English and Dutch You are aligned with our mission to positively change the world, one bag at a time.  You have a can-do attitude,  are proactive, and are always up for a challenge.   You have strong supervisory skills and can effectively hold others accountable for their responsibilities. You’re a natural leader , inspiring people to take ownership of their tasks and become more independent in their roles. You excel in verbal and written communication , ensuring your message is clear and appropriate for any audience, whether it’s customers, team members, or stakeholders. Both in Dutch and in English. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can quickly come up with creative and practical solutions when challenges arise. You have solid training and coaching skills , guiding team members to improve their sales techniques and overall performance. Now, let's see if you've got what it takes: This position is based in the Netherlands, and applicants must currently reside here. You have at least 3+ years of experience as a store manager, ideally in fashion.  You are available to work 32-40 hours per week.
